White Water is minutes from the surf of Croyde Bay, accessed by a series of footpaths. So no need to drive to the beach, just load up the trolley provided and off you go!
The house is located on Sandy Way, 5 minutes walk to the pubs and cafes in the centre of the village in one direction, 5 minutes to the beach in the other.
The hot tub is now an optional extra and not included in the basic price. £200 7 night stay. We will not be accepting dogs during July & August 2024. Changeover day is Friday.
The Interior
Downstairs
There is a beautiful, calm lounge at the front of the house with comfy seating for eight, wood burner, 49 inch smart TV & DVD and plenty of board games for a rainy day. The conservatory at the far end of the kitchen has another seating area overlooking the garden.
A large modern rustic dining table seats eight in the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a second large fridge/freezer in the utility area of the garage room.Two high chairs are available on request.

The downstairs has two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The spacious king size room is at the front of the house. The twin room overlooks the garden. There is a full length mirror in the hallway and there are 2 hairdryers. There are soft bath towels & hand towels and hot tub towels provided for each guest.
The utility room is accessed via the garden and has a sink, washing machine & tumble drier and a second fridge/freezer. There’s also a shower room in the garage room for washing off after the beach or hot tub and plenty of storage space.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there’s a shower room with the best view in the house towards the dunes, the sea and Baggy Point. The king size room has fitted wardrobes. The twin room is small but has beds suitable for adults or children, storage and hanging. There are two travel cots available on request.
There are starter supplies of milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, toilet rolls and so on.
GARDEN AND PARKING
The large, grassed garden is flat and enclosed. As well as the hot tub, it has another hot shower, dining table and benches, relaxed seating, bbq and parasol.
There’s parking for three cars on the drive and an EV charger for which we charge per car.
HOUSE RULES
During your stay, please be considerate of the neighbours. The hut tub must not be used after 9pm. We do not accept bookings where all members of the party are under 24. Use of White Water (including gardens, hot tub and drive) is restricted to the parties stated at the time of booking.
Dogs should not be left alone in the property & are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture.
