Tucked away in the heart of Croyde at Leadengate Fields, The Watershed has been transformed into a stylish beach cabin for couples or small families. We accept 2 children up to 11 years old.
It’s the perfect spot for a laid-back coastal escape, with everything you need to unwind. From October to April, you’re welcome to bring one non-shedding dog along for the adventure.
The Interior
Although compact, we have carefully planned The Watershed interior to feel spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a stay in Croyde. A full equipped kitchen if you want to cook, Danish vintage sofa, smart tv, luxury shower room, spacious king size bedroom and bunk room if the kids are joining you.

The open plan living room leads to the bedrooms & bathrooms. There are two king size and one twin/super king room, a family bathroom and also a luxury wet room.
The living area has underfloor heating with radiators in the bedrooms, all run by an air source heat pump and solar panels.
Garden & Parking
The Watershed has parking for one car and an EV charger on the drive. The garden, which wraps around the back and side of the cabin, is private, sunny and secure. At the back of the cabin it faces west and the grassed garden faces south. There’s a table with benches and parasol behind the cabin and relaxed seating on the lawn. A covered area provides a sheltered space for the BBQ, beach trolley, bikes, baby buggy etc. The hot outside shower is attached to the cabin .
We ask guests to let us know before their stay if they want to use the EV charge and we charge for its use.
House Rules
During your stay, please be considerate of the neighbours. Use of The Watershed (including gardens and parking area) is restricted to the parties stated at the time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms. They must not be left alone in the property.
