Sleeping up to five adults (or 4 plus 2 small children), this characterful hideaway blends warm tones, mid-century furniture, and laid-back vintage style to create a welcoming, nostalgic space.

Step outside to your private south and west-facing garden, perfectly placed for all-day sun and golden evenings. Unwind in the hot tub after the beach and soak up the peaceful coastal atmosphere, just moments from the sea.

The hot tub is an optional extra and not included in the basic price. £140 for a short break or 7-night stay.

The Interior

We’ve added a front porch onto the original cabin for coats and boots which leads into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Relaxed seating in the lounge at the front with smart TV and a sideboard full of books and games. The dining table seats up to 6 beside bifold doors onto the deck making the most of the sun all day. High chair available on request. The well equipped kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

  • The utility porch behind the kitchen is accessed via a path from the deck and has a washing machine and tumble drier.

    The 3 restful bedrooms - king size, twin and small double have both black out blinds and privacy curtains. We can offer the twin room as a super king and provide travel cots on request. We provide bed linen, bath and hand towels for each guest along with hot tub towels.

    The large shower room has under floor heating. We’ve added a separate cloakroom (by taking space from the small bedroom) so the cabin has two basins and toilets.

    Saltwater has electric heating. Whilst well insulated, guests should be mindful that a retrofit beach chalet may be cooler than a permanent home during colder periods.

    We accept 2 non shedding dogs from October to April when dogs are allowed on Croyde beach.

Garden & Parking

Parking for 2 cars on the drive. EV charger for which we charge £50. Secure and private garden through gate with storage shed for bikes, boards and all your beach gear. Private shower - in warm weather there’s no need to shower indoors! Hot tub, deck, sunbeds, dining table and benches, relaxed seating, BBQ and beach trolley.

House Rules

During your stay, please be considerate of the neighbours. The hot tub must not be used after 9pm. We do not accept bookings where all members of the party are under 24. Use of Saltwater (including gardens, hot tub and parking area) is restricted to the parties stated at the time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms. They must not be left alone in the property.
