Amana is an elegant beachside holiday home. Walk straight out of the surf, up through the dunes and back along the path, through the gate and into the beachside garden.
The hot tub is now an optional extra and not included in the basic price. £200 7 night stay.
The Interior
We have created a simple and beautiful space to equal Amana’s fantastic location behind the dunes. There is an enlarged open plan kitchen-dining-living room with relaxed seating for 6 in the lounge area with wood burner, dining for 6 guests and a new well equipped kitchen.

The open plan living room leads to the redesigned bedrooms & bathrooms. The two existing larger bedrooms have been refurbished as a king size and twin/super king room. There is a new king size bedroom, a new family bathroom and also a luxury wet room.
The living area has underfloor heating with radiators in the bedrooms, all run by an air source heat pump and solar panels.
We do not accept dogs at Amana. If you would like to bring your dog on holiday, please consider staying at our other property White Water.
Garden & Parking
Amana has two secure gardens. The beachside garden catches the afternoon sun and is for relaxing with a deck, seating and barbecue. The front garden is private and practical with a hot outside shower, large utility room (with washing machine, tumble drier and sink), safe storage for boards, bikes and beach gear. The hot tub is in this garden.
There is also swing ball for the garden and a trolley to take your gear to the beach.
Amana has parking for two cars. We have an EV charger for guest use - we ask guests to let us know before their stay if they want to use the EV charge and we charge for its use.
House Rules
During your stay, please be considerate of the neighbours. The hot tub must not be used after 9pm. We do not accept bookings where all members of the party are under 24. Use of Amana (including gardens, hot tub and parking area) is restricted to the parties stated at the time of booking. No Dogs.
